Dr. Bhattacharyya's research covers a wide range of issues, including surgical interventions following orthopaedic trauma, the medical and legal aspects of orthopaedic care, and the impact of pay-for-performance measures. He has authored or co-authored more than 25 publications, and made numerous presentations in national forums, such as the annual meetings of the American Orthopaedic Association and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association. He also serves as a journal reviewer for Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research and the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
